| When ordering pre-hung doors specify STYLE, SPECIES, SIZE, SWING, and WALL THICKNESS |
| When ordering double door units specify either roller catches if both doors are active or astrical and flush bolt if only one door is active. Also specify which door is active. All double doors are shipped knocked down |
| Our pre-hung doors do not come with the door stop applied because of the varity of styles, species, and installation problems |
| Door sizes are a different language to some so here is a short explanation: 2/2=2'2", 2/6=2'6", 3/0=3' >> '=foot and "=inches << |
| All doors come in a standard height of 6'8" and a standard thickness of 1 3/8". Some are also available in 7/0 height and 1 ¾" thickness |
| Most common door sizes are 1/6, 1/8, 1/10, 2/0, 2/2, 2/4, 2/6, 2/8, & 3/0. Bifold doors are two doors that are hinged together. Common sizes are 2/0, 2/6, 2/8, 3/0, 4/0, 5/0, & 6/0 |

| LIMITED WARRANTY |
| Warranty extends for one full year from date of purchase against manufacturer defect. Wood is a natural product and is subject to changes in the environment such as temperature and especially humidity. This warranty covers any warping, twisting, or cupping of doors greater than ¼ inch. Doors also shrink and swell with climate changes. To minimize exposure all doors must be sealed all six sides. All wood doors must be sanded lightly before finishing. Natural color and texture variations are not considered defects. This warranty does not cover any labor or finishing of doors. Defective doors under this warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. |
